3. Shipping Charges

      In India, customers can benefit from free shipping on prepaid orders. However, it is essential to note that cash on delivery is not currently available. By opting for prepaid orders, customers can enjoy the convenience of having their purchases delivered at no extra cost. Though cash on delivery is not an option at the moment, the free shipping offer can provide a seamless shopping experience for those who prefer to pay in advance.

To ensure a fair resolution in case of damaged, defective, or missing items, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your package.

  • The product is unboxed fully in one continuous shot

  • The shipping label is clearly visible

Exchange requests for damaged or incorrect items without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
